Multi loan - messed up credit record

Opened a multiloan in 2015<br> Never Used it<br> Wanted to take out a cellphone contact of R100 (Got rejected - bad credit record - because of this)<br> Got a credit report<br> Multi loan was showing as open with a balance higher than the opening balance <br> Indicating that I have never payed it but the balance is due.<br> Closed the multiloan December 2015<br> <br> February 2015 - Still on credit record<br> Went to branch to sort it out and they told me it will be sent with the next update at baurea I must just wait<br> <br> Is now April and my credit record degraded even more even thou I pay all my accounts in time, and never missed a payment. I am now unable to get anything on credit thanks to capitec.<br> <br> Thank you very much capitec, I am young and building a future for me and you just messed it up for me.<br> Moving banks if it is not sorted out soon<br> <br> Kind Regards,
