In May 24 2022 i went to withdraw R2000 in Standard bank ATM uding capitec bank card, inserted m6 card and machine wrote i must tske my cash or it will be taken back 8 was checking in the wrong side, tried to call security guard to assist but it was too late, when i was about to take it it went back to the ATM machine. Immediately i went inside standard bank to report incident they said i must visit my bank capitec otherwise the money will be back into my account in 3 days. I went to capitec they opened a query and was told it'll take about a month to be refunded they also gave me a reference number. Aftet sometime i was told standard bank says they won't be able to refund me because i got the money... I have been visiting the branch with no luck. Kindly assist i need my money back please
