Mr S.A. Matata
Capitec Bank is a bad , ******* bank here in South Africa. They are misusing people's money. They have a bad treatment towards their clients. I think as South Africans we need together and close down this bank. May be EFF can help us on as we are the members of it. These people don't want to refund me with my R6245.71 which I was double debited on 23 October 2020. When I call them they hide and seek.

28 Nov 2020, 17:01I am a member of the EFF. As South Africans we have to a point of closing down this Capitec Bank. All the Capitec Bank clients in this country, let's have a group and write down all the complaints we have about this bank. Then we can address them to all EFF meetings all over the country as they did about clicks. But this one has to be closed permanently.
There are banks like fnb, Nedbank, Absa and Standard bank
Those are the old banks, the banks they have good employees, the employees they can respect their clients.

28 Nov 2020, 17:17I now am trying to get Mr Michiel Me Roux (the founder of this ******* bank so called Capitec Bank) contact details so I send the people's complaints. I think he's got a right to know about his banks clients.
