Call center customer service of Capitec is taking a ****, I called 4times today speaking out more than R150 worth of airtime, my airtime ran out no one had the audecity to call me back, they keeping me on hold for long periods without resolving my query I'm super livid now with this ****py experience and on top of that they put you on hold saying let me check this for you and drop the line, what type of customer service does the call center uphold, this happended all 4 times, and my query is still not resolved R150 airtym later.
