Moving to Capitec Bank has been so easy, and their fees are so much lower. I am especially impressed at how quick it was for me to open bank accounts for my children. I now even use their mobile number services and ported my number to them without hassle. If I do have issues that require a branch visit, the visit is quick and resolves my issues first time. We have also recently app**** to move our home loan and have been approved, that process has happened completely via emails and phone calls which has been so time saving.
