Move From Capitec People.

Capitec does not receive any star. Account being blocked since end July. Weve been strugling to get the account unblocked. Everytime there is another story. Each Agent has got another story. Your Agents are all stupid, really it ssems like they do not know anything of banking. One agent say this and the other something else. As I read thru the comments on Halo Peter , I see theres people strugling since 2024 to get their accounts unblocked. Capitec I am not a *****ster, I Just need access to my well earned money. All of a sudden I need to state where I receive my funds and where it is going to. Well Capitec, how do you think we must live on a monthly basis . I pf I am self employed why do I need to verify money entering my account. What is your probpem wothmy tax returns paid into my account. I asked who reported my account, then you come with bull****, anonymous. Because of the popia act you are not allowed to give such details. How do you protect your clients. Because if it is anonymous, I can report all accounts I've made payments to that ****med me thru Capitec. We got ****med oht of R15000 last year fro, a capitec account. You just unblocked the real ****mers account and I never received my money back. Seems like this ****ty bank has got douboed standards. People rather use FNB or Tyme bamk. This Bank is not opperating in a lawfull legal manner.
