Mostly 1 ATM working at the whole of Mall of the South Mall! WHY?!

I am disappointed that such a seemingly progressive bank is NOT progressive! Capitec Bank Mall of the South only has 2 ATMs. One of which is forever NOT available due to being offline or out of cash! When there's load shedding they are ALWAYS OFFLINE! Why would a branch at such an illustrious Mall be so cheap?! They only have 2 ATMs, of which one is always NOT avl for one reason or another! Captured please increase your no. of ATMs at Mall of the South. Also ensure to get generators in case of Eskom load shedding. Yoll aren't a poor entry level bank anymore. Yoll are in with the top 4 South African banks now.
