Most useless bank ever.

Capitec: ,because you have still not paid your R130.00 arrears, you have been listed as a bad payer. Call us to solve this. ***. They were instructed a month ago of my new bank details, it has been two weeks in a row where capitec was meant debit my account( which they have all the details for) but clearly a bunch of idiots work there, that they cant even get it right. I spoke to them last week as well about it and was told it is all sorted. This is the most useless bank I have ever come across, For the last 4 months I have had nothing but hassles with this bank, that i moved to FNB instead. I am getting threats because they cant do their jobs properly. Hire competent people please.
