most useless and unhelpful bank!!!

I never imagined it to be so difficult to open up a simple savings account at Capitec!!<br> I went SEVERAL times and every damn time there is a problem with my documents! Firstly you would not accept my proof if residence as it is a Unisa examination result letter and a proof of registration letter which i do not understand why you could not accept that?! I had to fill in a Fica Declaration of Residential Address, but your consultants forgot to tell me that you are not actually allowed to fill in the document you are just supposed to get it signed. Why the hell give someone a document you're not even allowed to fill in at the first place? The information is filled in correctly and an ID and proof of residence is attached so i'm not that stupid to fill in wrong information!!! To top it up your consultants are very unfriendly and have attitude!! I cannot believe what bad service I am experiencing!!! I would not recommend Capitec to anyone else!!
