Most unhelpfull bank with the WORST service EVER!

I have been banking with Capitec for approximately 8years, but my absolutely horrible experience with them started 2 years ago. Never in my life have I received such poor service from any business or bank in my life!!! I have moved my account a year ago already and I have been struggling just as long to close my accounts with Capitec. I go to my local branch to do it, they tell me it is not possible as only some branches have the correct machines to cancel accounts, some or other "cash deposit machine". And everytime you have to sit in the longest lines and wait HOURS to be helped. And when you eventually get to see a teller they are unfriendly and so unhelpful, never willing to go the extra mile to service the client, lounging back on their chairs showing no interest, just claiming "sorry, I cannot help you". And all the while Capitec keeps charging fees on my Savings account and Credit card that NEVER gets used anymore. This is utter *******! I will NEVER recommend this bank to ANYONE, and if I come accross people who are with Capitec, I will advise them to move immediately!!
