Most unhelpful bank ever

Worst service on earth. Last year they tried deducting overdraft and credit card payments earlier eventhough i dont get paid earlier. This year im trying to prevent this messup from happening but no one seems to want to assist i just get told well we cant stop a early debit date. Seriously if someone doesnt get paid earlier in Dec they dont get paid earlier!!!!!!!!! I still get paid the last day of the month and all payments are still supossed to go off the 1st. How many years must this be a battle with Capitec.
