Most pathetic "service" ever

Capitec bank is against debt review and treats their clients like **** , Times are tough and money is so scarce , and who still needs to be judged and condemned for a financial distress caused by our current economic crisis. I spoke with Ashwin in debt review department and wow the tone he used , made me feel like a committed a crime. I was in tears and felt embarrassed and ashamed . Nobody must ever be treated like this . They have no respect and no compassion towards their clients . I am definitely changing my bank . :(
