Most Pathetic bank I have ever worked with

This complaint is not necessarily for Capitec the grove but I chose that branch as that is where I took out the loan. Following my previous complaint with the disastrous customer service and empty promises from the call centre staff, there has been no phone call/email or any communication besides their threatening sms when they have not deducted from my account after I called them an made arrangements. I cannot believe that capitec is so pompous that they do not feel the need to respond to their customer queries. I will never ever take up any product with Capitec again, they have shown me that they know nothing about customer service and all their innovative adverts are actually empty promises.
