Most pathetic bank and services

The most f**king pathetic bank with the worst services! Apparently someone reported my account for ***** and no one can give me answers to any questions which was, who reported my account? What ***** was done? If someone app**** for credit, was the loan paid out? From my knowledge, no one can *****ulently apply for credit on someone's name without them.physically signing for a loan or fingerprint verification. They blocked my account and holding all my funds for the past 2 months and giving me the f**king run around back and forth to the branch and then the branch says I must wait for someone to contact me. Its 3 weeks and no response and then a b*t*h at the ***** department telephonically was so rude to me! I clearly told them, I want to remove all my funds and close my account with capitec cause they are f**king unless and unprofessional! They have a ***** department that doesn't take calls from the clients. ***!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am f**king frustrated!!!!!
