Most *********** Bank in the history of all existing banks

A payment from my sister was sent to me from Ireland, the payment was meant to help you the important urgent payment. The lady from capitec Forex calls me to let me know of the payment and asked me for security questions of which I passed. She then asks me if I know the person who's sending me the money, I reply that I do know the person and that she is my sister. The lady asked me if my sister will require me to pay back the money she sent me, my honest response was that indeed I will pay my sister back because that is agreement we had. The lady then says that she will not be able to send the money because it is declared a loan. I asked her how can this be a loan if this is coming from my sister and not an institution? She then replies at any non-residential sending money to help a person in South Africa is determined alone and therefore she cannot send me the money. I have never in my life dealt with such an *********** Bank. I'm now gladly closing all my accounts with them and will never recommend such. I'm not too sure if this is a bank or my father monitoring my transactions because this is just ridiculous.
