Most *********** bank !!!!

This is by far the worst bank that exists!! I have been attempting to stop a debit order for the longest time and was eventually advised to submit an affidavit... which I did on the 8July, but the debit order still went off again on the 20th... the debit order amount is R8510 the company in question is nowhere to be found, they don't have offices nor are they contactable. I had an asset rental agreement with the said company and since returned the asset which deems the contract nul and void. I cannot keep losing money as this is not the first.... I want my money back and this debit order stopped. I've been calling daily to enquire and the response is always the same "we are waiting for feedback from forensics"... but the worst response is "they cannot get hold of the company" ... my question is why do you allow a company that is not on your list to debit your clients account??? Capitec is shady! Not one person from Capitec has called me regarding this query, not one!
