Most horrible bank ever

Early in the year i reported ***** of about 40k and received back just over 17 k then a few months went past with no problem as im unemployed not a lot of money going thru my account. So the last few months more money started coming in again as i received some small jobs money and some saveings coming in.for the last two months multiple ***** on my acount transactions reported in the last two months not even investigated yet. I even opened a case with banking ombud that dont receive feedback from capitec. On numerouse whatsup chat with capitec they promise app and online is blocked i have to go in to branch to reopen but never happens everyhing remains open and even tho i dont have a card for over a year now as soon as any money is paid in to account multiple transactions go of via card.then report same storie all blocked then nothing happens and sikel start again. My partners mom died and her funeral policie paid out yesterday and gues money gone again.two transactions buy card 10k and one small one money gone again. Think capitec must close as they do mot assist or protect their clients.phoned ***** line with attitude and no help
