More than 50%of my income deducted for installment

I took a loan with capitec bank in 2018 paying more monthly installment every month,when I request to reschedule my installment they will only go down with about 100 but they will extend terms from 48 to 82 months.I then reach a point where I couldn't afford I requested them to help me with atleast one months break or reduction on installment for only one month as I needed more money for an operation,as well as to save my house.but they refused,I decided to change the bank so now they are harassing me with KGB attorney.I was earning R13000 but capitec was taking 9000 of that small income.I couldn't afford that income.pelase help.
