More credit complain

Good day

Kindly note that I went to Capitec branch East rand mall to apply for R3000 loan and the consultant gave me a credit card and a loan of R7000 which is what I want, I would like for the credit card to be closed since I don't need it and for the loan to be reduced to R3000 not R7000 that I was given because if I keep all these I will have to pay more interest which is something I will not afford.I went back to the branch to talk to the branch manager and the consultant and I was told that what I want is impossible but while I never asked for what I was given.
