We have monies that are being held with Mercantile bank in suspense account , which were Processed via credit card machine from sure swipe. For three transactions totalling to R23350.00 It is now four weeks gone.

Transaction 1 Bookings.com reference number - ********** 763 Transaction date processed - 18/10/2017 Amount - R5800.00

Transaction 2 Bookings.com reference number - ********** 658 Transaction date processed - 21/10/2017 Amount - R5950.00

Transaction 3 Bookings.com reference number - ********** 056 Transaction date processed - 23/10/2017 Amount - R11600.00

Please notify us in writing when will these monies be paid over to us , as this is ********. We require a date.

If monies are not paid to us , we will have no choice to open up a civil case against Mercantile bank.
