MONEY WITHDRAWN IMMEDIATELY AFTER CARD WAS SWALLOWED BY AN ATM

<p>Dear Hellopeter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist. On the 30th of July 2016 I was withdrawing money at and FNB ATM in Malelane Mpumalanga and the ATM swallowed my car and returned a slip written - Your card has been reported ****** please contact your branch, I immediately called Capitec but as I was doing that R800 came out of my account and I was left R19.99 which was funny cause the money came out from the very same ATM while I was still standing in front of it trying to call capitec. Finally Capitec picked up the phone and I explained to the lady what was happening and she advised me that they ill investigate the matter and then she stopped that card. Capitec has been so quiet since then and then just today I called them and they said that they are still investigating and that the investigation will take 30 days and I will get feedback then. Yooo 30 days is too long, why can't Capitec speed up the process cause as it is I have borrowed the money that was ****** so that I could be able to buy petrol, I need to payback that money. Please can they speed up the process cause 30 days is a very long time tshooo. I am not happy as it is and this is one bank that have never had problems with. Please assit Hellopeter.</p>
