Money withdrawn from my Capitec acc without my consent

I am very disappointed in the kind of service I got from Capitec.

Today (30/09/2019) I received an sms stating that R1000 was withdrawn from my account in Midrand. I Quickly checked my hand bag to see if I had my card and to my surprise the card was right in my hand bag.

I quickly ran to the back at Capitec Festival Mall and reported this matter... The guy just took back that card and gave me a new card and told me I won't get back my money.

I tried to explain to them that I trusted them with my money and someone managed to withdraw without my card even at a far location from where I was.

In my disgruntlement I called the head office and I was told that actually R2000 was withdrawn R1000 in Kempton Square ans tje other R1000 in Midrand and that I was not gonna get it back and I insisted that they do an investigation and reimburse my money as I had entrusted my money with them and I was not careless with my information.

Capitec must stop ripping us off I want my money back.
