Money was transfered into a wrong account by Capitec

On the 6 th of October 2017, I transfered money from my Capitec savings account to my husbands credit card with Absa. I've printed the proof of payment, as I do every month. On the 10 th Absa phoned and say no money was received. I looked in my account and saw that the money was out of account. So I went to the local branch, where I explained to guy what happened. He all so confirmed that the money was out of my account and according to the proof of payment it was suppose to be transfered to Absa. But still no money in the Absa account. So now the helpful guy at my branch locked a fault with capitec and told me it will take 3 _7 working days. Today on the 18th of October 2017 I phoned capitec customer care line and asked what is going on and how far they are with the investigation. And when she told me what they have found I was totally speehless. The money was credit to a FNB account. There is no problem. FNB ??????????????? I transfered it to ABsa. As it is clearly stated on the proof of payment. When i asked in who's Fnb account it was paid into the lady said that she can not tell me because that it somebode else that is working with that and that she will let me know. In the meen time I had to make another payment to absa. This time i made a cash payment. I need my money back asap. Not my mistake. And now one wonders how safe is internet banking, after I have registered both my children also with capitec for cellphone \ internet banking. This service from Capitec is completly unexceptable. I really need your help to get my money back.
