Money was drawn without my consent

On the 15th i used a Standard bank ATM in Kuruman, then my card got retained by that atm. I unfortunately was not able to stop the card. Only later that night for R4000 to be withdrawn, then another R1000 a bit later. I went to the brach the next morning only to realize that my money of about R5000 was drawn without my knowledge. I have since requested help from Capitec but was not happy with how i sas assisted
