Money vanished while making cash deposit to Capitec ATM
On Thursday 31st July 2025 around 19:20 I went to Sasolburg Capitec atm to make cash deposit of R25 000. The atm stopped working while it's still verifying notes and the deposit was not successful but it did not return the money and credit my account. Now m told they're still investigating and the is no turnaround time but at first they told me to wait 12 to 48 hrs.Since I use banks this is the worst experience ever.Capitec I need my money resolve this matter.
