Money vanished!

I am so disappointed in Capitec Bank. I have been banking with Capitec for years. I am highly disappointed.

I have lost money with this bank. I had money in my account and next thing when I checked the balance the next morning the money was gone. I was told to go to police station to get an affidavit before my money could be returned back I. My account but even after submitting everything they required from me. The money is still not in my account.

I am disappointed.
