Money transferred into wrong account

<p>Recently I made a personal loan at Capitec bank. Once the money became available in my account I asked the teller to transfer the money to my brothers Standard bank account. Some how a mistake was made during the transfer process and the money was deposited into someone else's account. I have been communicating with both banks involved but have been unable to get the issue resolved or the money back. I am at my wits end and dont know what else Im supposed to do to recover the money.</p>
