Money transfer delay

On 18 May 2024 I mistakenly deposited R7000 into the wrong account at Capitec Bank. I visited Capitec on Monday 20 May to correct this and all procedures were followed and I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the money to reflect in my account.

Today, 27 May 2024 I visit Capitec Bank again because the R7000 is still not reflecting in my Savings account. I see the same consultant that attended to me a week ago, just to be told that she made a mistake, and apologized. She then did the right thing today and I was then again told it will take 3-5 days.

Now I honestly accept her apology but I urgently need that money. Can someone please ensure that it is paid back into my account sooner than 3-5 working days? This week is already 1 working day short.
