Money taken off but no airtime or data

I am really unhappy about my money not being paid back to me I purchased a2GB data bundle which I urgently needed & money was taken off my account a whole R140 and purchased R17 airtime hoping that it would go through so I can atlease purchase something to assit in the intrem little did I know tghat the same thing would happen MONEY TAKEN OFF & NOTHING GIVEN I queried this on facebook and was told that I need to wait for 48 hrs guess what? I waited that 48hrs as advised patiently but NOTHING R157 GONE just like that I call the call center spoke to a lovely lady who told me that it does not have to be 48hrs usualy I can wait for 24hrs *** was I then told 48hrs if I can follow up after 24hrs I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY DATA & AIRTIME NOW AS THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! NOT TOMORROW NOT AFTER 24/48HRS NOW!!!!!!!
