Money taken off bank account for a takealot order happening in Capetown where I am staying in Johannesburg

Money went off my account to Takealot on the 12 June 2024. Phoned the bank immediately to report it. They told me that I need to go ibto the bank to get it sorted. I went 3 times to the bank but they told me that they can't do anything for me according to them I received an OPT number. I told them I never had an account with Takealot or ordered anything before. How can money go off my account for groceries ordered in Caoetown and I am staying in Johannesburg. The bank does not take accountibility and only discard me by telling me it is my fault
