Money taken from my account while i have made an arrangement at the branch and collections department

I am currently unemployed and thus having a loan with capitec. I have made arrangement with capitec every month for the past 3months for an agreed amount. The branch had told me that with arrangement in place the bank cannot take funds from my account but thats not happenning as the bank continuously take funds from my account making it harder for me to survive. I am at a point where i want to cancel my account with this bank and they will see themselves out as to how they will get any funds from ne for the loan. I am done with capitec and their stinking service towards me
