Money swallowed by the ATM

I just deposited an amount of R10 000 to someone purchasing a *** that is going to be slaughtered at a funeral on Thursday but the machine went out of service before the deposit could completed and the cash was swallowed.Now my main problem is the turn around time of 14 days that they can take to resolve this,I don't have that much time as the funeral is in 2 days time.This is not my fault the bank needs to refund me now so that we can carry on with the funeral and sort out their admin later.This is really not on honestly.
