Money ****** from my ***

Hi my name is Lerato Nkosi I am writing to you hello Peter because I have a problem... On the 04th September 2021 at 17:15pm someone took money from my bank account with the amount of R10870.44 from my capitec account... Immediately when I received the notifications I called the bank to notify them about the incident. The person who took money on my account I dont know him I've never meet him nor never gave him any permission to take or transfer my money to his account.... We layed a ***** case at the randfontein police station and went back to the bank,they told us they will investigate the matter. Today they send me emails saying their sorry theres nothing they can help me with regarding getting my money back I would appreciate and be very grateful if you could take this matter to your own hands and help me solve the case with the bank.. All I need is my money back I am a student I am not working that money was my sister's savings for her child's school I will be happy if I could get help from you and your team since well you are my last hope Lerato Nkosi
