Money sent to Incomplete Bank Account
I have sent EFT from my capitec account to incomplete Standard Bank Account On 25 October 2024 till today the money is not reversed to Capitec account. I believe my money is on Suspense Account of Capitec bank. Since that day i have sent several email on there complaint desk i only receive acknowledgment of the emails without ref no I have also visited the Branch in Taung, they refer me to Standard Bank to clear funds. I provided details to Daniele Jaggers till today no help all in vain. I expect to receive my money with interest of 5%.
