Money reversal
I deposited money at Capitec Bank Kempton Park to the wrong person, I then went inside 2hrs after to reverse the money. They assured me that the person ddnt withdraw and they will reverse it in 3 to 7 working days. When I follow up with them, they said neither me nor the person will get the money , I need a lawyer

I don't see the difference between your reply and the previous reply.
You are all telling me the same thing, I need authorization from someone who probably threw away the sim card the day I decided to ask for my money back.
You all should have just said its my mistake and you don't care.
All I wanted was my R2000, why should we write our details when we deposit the money if it won't help us in any way.
If some1 opens an account, obviously u have more of his details, did you even try emailing or calling the next of kin?
Capitec never had the intention of giving me back my money, why are you so quick to conclude that you will release the money to the wrong person instead of me,
I guess he s a better Client ????
Anyway I wont waste more money looking for a lawyer or going to small claims, I already lost much. Mayb R2000 is nothing to you Capitec people but to a single mom like me, it can really go a long way.
