Money removed from my account without my consent

My account was hacked on the 1st of August 2023 to the amount of R8600 and they just closed the case I tried to contact the investigating officer to no avail. R3000+WAS withdrawn from my account at an FNB atm in 7th Avenue retreat I instructed my wife to cover the above mentioned atm, inform the public not to use the atm as my card was stucked in the atm when I arrived at capitec tokai center to inform them R300+was already withdrawn from an Absa atm in 6th Avenue Retreat, while trying to cancel my card at the above mentioned Capitec branch 5000+ was swiped at Pick n Pay next to Capitec Tokai center and up until today no feedback from the investigating officer and no proof or evidence of negligence on my side
