money refund

I am Mamajorobela.made a payment to Z.Mzila last year .it was on the 20/12/2017 at capitec.i did that because i was promised that i will get my money +100% return .aftr i paid i was bloxked and removed from the group that was created.i use Absa my banking details ********** 977.i would like to get my R250 back.i will be glad to be assisted.
