Money placed on hold with no valid reason.

My money was placed on hold with no valid reason why. My mom sent me money on July but they took they money and put it on hold saying it's suspected *****. What *****? I provided the documents they requested but I'm still waiting even today . It's really frustrating because it's been months and I'm not getting my money nor a reason why they say it's suspected from. Can I please have my money back.
