Money paid into my bank account but never credited onto my account

On the 3rd of Desmeber somebody paid R2000 into my Capitec Bank bank account to ABSA Bank via EFT.and for days it did not come into myt bank account on the 10th of Desember I quired it and send them a email with proof of payment. They (Capitec) did not bother to respond and today is the 12 with no result. I have always been impressed by Capitec, but this is not acceptable
