Money out of my account but not dispensed on ATM

I was withdrawing money on the ATM outside of the branch. Money went off on my account but the ATM didn't dispense the money. I wait for a minute or two and then went inside the branch to report this. They investigate and escalted this and I was told that the ATM dispensed the cash and my incident is declined. Check your camera's and whatever you need to check, I didn't get the money. I want my 1k back please.
