Money out of account

On Sunday the 10 on November I was at work where I noticed that my money has been withdrawn I immediately called capitec and moved my remaining money, I was told they will investigate then they sent me a message saying that who ever used my card and I authorised it I told them they are laying now yesterday I got call from saying that who ever stole my card used my pin am not sure what to think of them cause I trust them with my money still very cross
