Money on hold

Capitec holding my money since last year January firstly they were suppose to hold R2 420 but they hold R2450 and now the money on hold is R2700.The lady that sent the money we traded on Paxful platform and she later reported the amount that she sent it by mistake,i went to Capitec Bank i showed the assistand called by the name Kyle and he called their Forensic and they said they will release the hold on my acc.

As time went by they never released the money on hold and i went back thats when they told me to go and do the affidavit which i still have with me but they never released my money
