Money not safe with Capitec

We found more ***** committed on my credit card and what is worse I e-mail the complaints department and they picked up a complaint with ombudsman on another case not to do with this one but decided to send me an e-mail saying they won't investigate no call to find out about the case, did not check for which complaint the case was for nothing. Just closed it off. I am really tired of Capitec. Your staff need better training. They don't investigate, The lady yesterday when asked about a refund fee for the credit card told me it can't be done then told me where would we put the money. Then told me she could only log July and August. My ***** goes back to June.
