Money not safe at Capitec

On the 03-04-19 i made a payment via ipay but the company never recieved the money i called Capitec late on that day the agent told me that my money will be available in my account within 48hrs,i visited a branch at swartlip more than 4 times but until today i havnt recieved my money back..i have been told to wait and i have run out of patience..i want my money back Capitec
