MONEY NOT Dispensed out the ATM

On the 29th of May I went to withdraw my money from A Capitec bank, the money did not come out of the ATM but it got deducted from my account over R3000, i got A receipt that the money was nt dispensed, I went straight to my bank to complain and they phoned they called the call center I got my reference ***4, since then I didn get no feedback i Contacted the call center must be over 20 times to such terrible service. No help, and keep getting different replies.. Now I've been told it takes 30 days to investigate wen i spoke to A VERY RUDE WOMAN. Put me on hold for 20 minutes wen i requested to speak to the manager... Who didn want to speak to me. SUCH pathetic service. I need my money i need to no how far wit the investigation. I simply don't understand why 30 days to investigate this I have my responsibilities aCounts to pay. I need feedback urgently or i will put this on social media
