Money no hold by the bank

My name is Bhekumuzi Wiseman Ndlela, my experience with Capitec is very bad, I find it strange that they are so quick to hold my money while I'm not under investigation, their reasons are that they are investigating the accounts of the people who deposited money into my account, Im self employed, I don't know where my clients got their money and i have no control over it, to me it's unfair I'm suffering for no reason, and they promised me that an agent has been assigned and will contact me, from Wednesday I'm waiting but nothing is happening, please help me in this matter
