money never being released

on 30th may2019 FNB transferred seven large payments to our Capitec account.Capitec said it would take 3working days to clear.on the 3rd day suddenly we were told it would take 10 working days as it is more than a million rand, and they need to do verification checks &FICA requirements.it is now 20 working days & every day head office or PTA branches have a different story of when the funds will be available.Up until today they are still busy with the "clearing process". We have spoken to Zane Kassim, Bulelani Kula for the last 2 weeks been told they will give us feedback and resolve the issue but they have not. They were sent all proof of payments, IDs proof of address, bank statements and all requested documentation...We are asking that you please assist us and help investigate this matter. Thank you,John Pike

almost 30 days now that we have been waiting for our money to be released. Promises were made that some of it be paid out today , and some tomorrow and again nothing has been done. Capitec is full of empty promises. This is terrible customer service on Capitec's part. Please Capitec catch a wake up!
