Money missing CAPITEC

I withdrew money R2000 from standard bank ATM yesterday with my Capitec card... The ATM cancelled the transaction but the money shows out if my balance... standard bank said Capitec must sort it out.... I need my money please I can't wait 72 hours.... There's no Capitec ATM here and pick and pay refused to give me R2000 that's why I used a different one... Capitec you have problems cos 2 of my colleagues have had issus also with their monies even on the App... Pls don't make close my account cos there's a lot of banks I can use ..
