Money missing

Hey can I get the letter that I was promised by one of your agents for a payshap payment made to a Standard Bank account amounting to R1440 on 27/01/26. I was promised to receive the letter by 10 am, it’s now 15:38 The money is lost in the air with no one accounting to where it is, with no turnaround time whatsoever. I am being sent from pillar to post on money Capitec stole at this point. Kindly resolve this before I boycott one of you branches
