Money lost through a hack

If you had a zero I would have used it. My account was hacked last night and every cent ****** was sent from pillar to post today just to be notified that no funds will be returned. As far as I am concerned it is a leak in capitec that enabled the *****sters to know what is going on in my account they disputed my debit orders and withdrew the money got into my savings account took everything. They said they would investigate this but have not even received my affidavit from the police and have already decided not to refund any of my loss. I think it's a poor show from capitec as they dont care about their customers or that their security was breached as I have become aware that quite a few people have lost their money there should be something that they can do to assist me
